Terms & Conditions
The conclusion of a contract between the Customer and the Seller may take place in two ways. Before placing an order, the Customer has the right to negotiate any provisions of the contract with the Seller, including those modifying the provisions of the following Terms and Conditions. Such negotiations should be conducted in writing and directed to the Seller's address (Needle&Art, ul. św. Jadwigi Królowej 11, 32-651 Nowa Wieś). If the Customer resigns from the possibility of concluding the contract through individual negotiations, the following Terms and Conditions and relevant provisions of law shall apply.

Buyer
The Buyer may be an adult natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.
Orders
Orders can be placed all year round, 24 hours a day. Orders that are not paid within 14 calendar days of being placed are automatically cancelled.
Contract Conclusion
The contract is concluded at the moment the Customer places the order. The processing of cash-on-delivery orders begins immediately. The processing of orders paid by bank transfer or via an online electronic payment system begins on a business day immediately after the Customer’s payment is credited to the Seller’s account.
Shipping
The purchased goods, together with the sales document (VAT invoice), are shipped by the carrier chosen by the Customer to the address provided by the Customer in the order form.
Reservations
Reservations are valid for 14 calendar days from the moment Needle&Art (the Seller) declares readiness for shipment and informs the Buyer. After this period, unpaid reservations are automatically cancelled.
Warranty
The Seller is liable for two years from the date of purchase in the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, in accordance with Article 10 of the Act on Specific Terms of Consumer Sales of July 27, 2002, and other applicable legal provisions.
Complaints
In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, a written statement specifying the non-compliance and the expectations regarding the manner of fulfilling the obligation should be sent to:

Returns
Within fourteen days of receiving the ordered goods, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, in accordance with the general rules resulting from the provisions concerning distance contracts. In the event of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to return the purchased products at their own expense in the original packaging, without signs of use, together with the original proof of purchase. The returned Product must not show signs of use, be damaged, or incomplete. If the returned goods are damaged or crushed due to improper packaging, the store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount by the value of the damage.

The refund will be made within 5 days after receiving the returned goods to the Customer’s indicated bank account. The Needle&Art store does not accept COD (cash on delivery) shipments.
Prices
All prices given by the Seller are expressed in Polish currency and are gross prices (including VAT). Product prices do not include delivery costs, which are specified in the delivery price list.
Personal Data
The Seller undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883) and the Act on Electronic Services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204). By providing personal data when placing an order, the Customer consents to their processing by the Seller for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Customer may at any time access, correct, update, or delete their personal data.
Terms and Conditions
None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are intended to infringe the rights of the Customer. Nor can they be interpreted in this way, since in the event of a conflict between any part of the Terms and Conditions and applicable law, the Seller declares unconditional compliance and application of the law in place of the challenged provision.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Registered Customers will be notified electronically (to the email provided during registration or ordering) about changes to the Terms and Conditions and their scope. Notification will be sent at least 30 days before the new Terms and Conditions take effect. Changes will be introduced to adapt the Terms and Conditions to the applicable legal status.
Applicable Version of the Terms and Conditions
The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available to the Customer in the Terms and Conditions tab. During order fulfillment and throughout the post-sales period, the Terms and Conditions accepted by the Customer when placing the order apply, unless the Customer deems them less favorable than the current version and informs the Seller about choosing the current version as applicable.
Online Store
The Seller ensures proper operation of the online store in the following browsers: IE version 7 or newer, FireFox version 3 or newer, Opera version 9 or newer, Chrome version 10 or newer, Safari with the latest versions of JAVA and FLASH installed, on screens with a horizontal resolution above 1024 px. The use of third-party software affecting the functioning and features of browsers: Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, Chrome, Safari may affect the correct display of the store. Therefore, to obtain the full functionality of the needleart.pl store, all such software should be disabled.
Law
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the applicable provisions of law shall apply. Disputes shall be resolved by the court having local and material jurisdiction.
Loyalty Program
As of 01-10-2025 (October 1, 2025), the loyalty program will be/has been terminated. Accumulated points must be used by the end of 2025.
How does the loyalty program work?
Each Polish złoty spent is rewarded with 1 point. With subsequent orders placed in our store, points can be exchanged for złoty, thus reducing the order value. 40 points correspond to approximately 1 zł, which means that with 400 points, the payable amount can be reduced by about 10 zł.
To take advantage of the loyalty program, you need to create your own account in Needle&Art! From that moment, points will be automatically added to your account after each order. Information about the number of points can be found in the 'My Orders' section under 'Loyalty Points'.
Using accumulated points consists of opening the cart and selecting the 'Use Loyalty Points' option, which is located under the product list in the cart.
The number of points awarded is displayed on the detailed product description page.
Loyalty Program Rules
1. Each złoty spent in Needle&Art equals 1 point.
2. Before proceeding to checkout from the cart, points can be exchanged for złoty, thus reducing the payable amount. 40 points correspond to a reduction of 1 zł.
3. Shipping costs are excluded from the loyalty program.
4. The loyalty program applies only to customers with an account in the Needle&Art online store at www.needleart.pl.
5. Points are credited after placing an order, and can only be used for the next order.
6. Accumulated points cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Accumulated points are associated only with the Customer’s account in Needle&Art from which the order is placed.
8. It is not possible to transfer points between accounts in Needle&Art.
9. In the case of order cancellation or product return, used points are not restored.
10. In the case of withdrawal or failure to fulfill an order, points obtained for that order will be deducted from the Customer’s account.
11. Points are awarded only for orders placed via the Needle&Art store. It is not possible to participate in the loyalty program by placing an order through another channel (e.g. by phone).
12. Within a single order, the Customer may either receive points or use them. It is not possible to receive points for an order in which accumulated points were used.
13. A review written for a purchased product will be rewarded with 10 points in the loyalty program.
13.1. Points are awarded separately for each purchased product. For example, if an order contains 5 different products, writing 5 reviews will allow the Customer to receive 50 additional points.
13.2. Points for writing a review are awarded only once per product. Each subsequent review for the same product will not be rewarded with additional points.
