The discount is granted based on the price displayed in our store at the time of placing the order - this includes products that are already discounted (for example, from the "Discounts up to 70%" category)

How long can you buy a Needle&Art+ subscription for?

• the subscription always lasts 12 months from the moment of activation

How can you join the Needle&Art+ subscription program?

• you can join the Needle&Art+ subscription program by purchasing the Needle&Art+ service in our online store. The link to the program page is here

How does the Needle&Art+ subscription program work and how do you use it?

• first, you must purchase the subscription and wait for activation. The link to the program page is here
• activation may take up to one business day from receiving the payment and is confirmed by a message sent to the email address associated with the customer's account in the Needle&Art store
• along with activation, an individual Needle&Art+ subscription discount code is sent in the email
• to use the subscription discount code, you must log in to your account in our online store www.needleart.pl. After adding all products to the cart, go to the cart and in the "Enter coupon code" section, enter your individual Needle&Art+ subscription discount code - the 15% discount will then be applied. Entering the code is always optional, and the customer decides whether to make a standard purchase or within the Needle&Art+ subscription program

How can I check the end date of my participation in the Needle&Art+ subscription program?

• after logging into your account, the Needle&Art store logo will change its appearance to confirm the active subscription
• after logging in, above the Needle&Art store logo, there will be a subscription validity date with example content "Plus until 2025-12-31" (YEAR-MONTH-DAY)

What happens after the Needle&Art+ subscription ends?

• after logging into your own account in the Needle&Art store, the logo will change to standard
• the individual subscription discount code will stop working
• The Needle&Art Plus subscription is never automatically renewed. To extend it after it ends, you must purchase the subscription again here

How much does the Needle&Art+ program subscription cost?

• 29.90 PLN – promotional price until the end of 2025 for new customers
• 59.90 PLN – standard price for new and returning customers valid from January 1, 2026

Questions and Answers

1. I want to purchase both a subscription and products with the individual subscription discount code at the same time. How do I do that?

First, you must purchase only the subscription. The subscription is a service, so it is not associated with additional shipping costs. After the subscription is activated, you should place another order using the individual subscription discount code.

2. Why is it worth it to join the Needle&Art+ subscription program, even with purchases over 200 PLN?

It really pays off. With purchases of 200 PLN or more, the Needle&Art+ subscription fully pays for itself. For a subscription during the promotional period and products totaling 200 PLN with the applied discount, you will pay the same amount as if you were to purchase the products alone at that price without a subscription. Additionally, every subsequent purchase will be 15% cheaper. The one-time cost quickly recovers itself :).
