The Needle&Art store offers three ways to reserve a product:

Phone reservation by calling the number 606280335 and providing the name and symbol of the product. In the feedback, you will receive confirmation of the reservation acceptance and an approximate time for its fulfillment. When the product is available in our warehouse, we will contact you to finalize the transaction.

Email reservation by writing to needleart@needleart.pl and providing the name and symbol of the product. In the feedback, you will receive confirmation of the reservation acceptance and an approximate time for its fulfillment. When the product is available in our warehouse, we will contact you to finalize the transaction.

Through the online store needleart.pl. During a specified time, usually before the planned delivery from the selected manufacturer, a reservation campaign for selected products is announced. Next to the unavailable product, there is an icon with the inscription "Reserve," which you should click if you're interested in a specific kit. Then, proceed as you would during a regular order placement: provide your details, choose the payment method and shipping option. The only difference in fulfilling an order from a reservation is the waiting time for the product, which ranges from 1 to 2 months from the order placement, depending on the manufacturer. The order will be fulfilled immediately upon receiving the new stock in the warehouse. You will be informed about its shipment through an email sent from the online store system.
